We are travel and holiday organisers only. We do not control or operate any airline,
neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel,
transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure or tour programme.
We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only
select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible
for any delay, improper services provided by any independent agency, airlines, transport,
hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is
caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotelier, airlines,
shipping company coach owner/ coach operator who are the Company''s Independent Contractor
arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. We are also not responsible
for the delay or deficiency in services provided by agency, airlines, transport,
hotel any provider of services, or/ and any act or actions of co-traveller, co-passenger
on the tour.
The information given in this brochure/itinerary is as accurate as we can make it.
Our brochure descriptions are of amenities normally available. However, circumstances
can change due to any events beyond our control. These may cause us to make change
in the itineraries. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify
you, otherwise our local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot.
Please note that the brochure was produced a few months in advance. There are also
very big Fairs and Exhibitions lasting up to 2 weeks, where all the hotels are fully
booked several years ahead. Every effort is made to avoid such dates, but in the
few instances where it is unavoidable, it may be necessary to stay in hotels in
other cities. (This would be advised at the time of booking).
The Holiday Participant has been supplied with details for the Holiday Arrangement
and the Holiday Brochure for the relevant year. The Holiday Participant shall read
the same carefully before filling and signing the Booking Form terms and conditions
on Brochure. Booking Form, Payment Receipt shall be binding on the parties and shall
constitute contract between the parties, on the Holiday Participant signing Booking
Forms and making payment towards part consideration of the Holiday. The signing
of the Booking Form by the Holiday participant shall mean acceptance in totality
of the Terms and Conditions contained herein by the Holiday participant. The company
reserves the right to decline to Register any person or persons as Holiday participant
for any Holiday without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- There is no contract between the Company and the Holiday participant
until the Company has received the appropriate non-refundable deposit. The full
payment must be received in accordance with procedure laid down in the brochure
under the heading " How to book." If not paid in that time the company reserves
the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply scale
of cancellation charges as mentioned in this brochure.
- The Company has the right at any time and for any reason:
- To terminate Contract after acceptance of deposit but prior to
the Commencement of Holiday without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event,
the Company terminates the Contract, the Company may refund the amount of deposit
to the Holiday participant without payment of any interest. b) To amend, alter,
vary or withdraw any holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published
or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable
or necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, additional
expense or consequential loss suffered by the Holiday participants or for any compensation
claim.
- It is the responsibility of the Holiday participant to hold valid
transfer documents such as passport and visas / valid Identification cards issued
by Govt. authorities and to furnish all documents required by the company for application
of the same. In the event the application for visa made by any Holiday participant
or by the company on behalf of the Holiday participant is rejected by the concerned
Embassy or Authorities due to inadequate documents furnished by the applicant or
due to any other reason whatsoever, the company shall not be liable or responsible
for the same. All cost, charges in respect of the said application for the visa
shall be borne by the Holiday participant.
- HEALTH AND INSURANCE: It shall be the duty of the Holiday participant
to inform the company in case the Holiday participant has any medical condition
that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Holiday arrangements.
The company reserves the right, where appropriate, to ask the Holiday participant
to provide written certification of his medical fitness before his departure. It
is advisable that the Holiday participants acquire adequate insurance cover to secure
their life, health and property. It may be noted that the Holiday cost does not
include the Insurance Premium and that the Holiday participants shall have to acquire
the same at their cost.
- FORFEITURE OF DEPOSITS: The Company shall be within its rights
to forfeit the non-refundable interest free deposit paid by the Holiday participant
to the company along with the prescribed booking form duly completed with the request
for confirming the seat (s) for the Holiday booked by the Holiday participants,
in the event the Holiday participant cancels the booking or on failure on the part
of the Holiday Participant to adhere to the Holiday payment schedule as informed
in the documentation Check List or is unable to travel on the Holiday booked by
the Holiday participant due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or
sickness, the non-refundable interest free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the
scale of cancellation set out in the "How To Book" section of the brochure shall
be applicable and binding.
- No person other than the Company, in writing, has the authority
to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition
set forth in this brochure.
- In the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or
alter any Holiday advertised in their brochure after such Holiday has been booked,
the Holiday participant shall have the right:
- To continue with the Holiday as amended or altered;
- To accept any alternative Holiday which the Company may offer.
In either of these above cases the Holiday participant shall not be entitled to
or the Company shall not be liable to the Holiday participant for any damage, additional
expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.
- In the event that the company is unable to conduct a particular
tour, the company shall at its own discretion refund the amount of the cost of the
said Holiday to the Holiday Participant without any interest on the same. The Holiday
Participant will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of
the same.
- The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to
the Holiday Participant or any person travelling with him for:
- Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort,
increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever
caused;
- Any act, omission, default of any Independent Contractor or other
person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned
in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for
the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.
- The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal
effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression "howsoever caused" includes
willful negligence on the part of any person.
- If in the event that the Holiday Participant is booked on a particular
airline and due to certain reasons the said flight is over booked and the Holiday
Participant is not allowed to board the flight, the Holiday Participant shall not
hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by
the Holiday Participant against the company.
- The company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage
caused to the Holiday Participant due to reasons beyond the control of the company
(Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
- No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out
of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed
the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the Holiday and shall in no case
include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
- If the Holiday participant has any complaint in respect of services
provided by any of the independent contractors, the Holiday participant shall immediately
notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should
be handed over to the Holiday Manager of the Company in order to enable the Company
to take up the matter with the independent contractor. b) Any claim or complaint
by the Holiday participant must be notified to the Company in writing within twenty
eight days of the end of this FLYALNASA Holidays of India. No claim notified to the
Company outside the period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability
in respect thereof.
- BAGGAGE: Holiday Participants travelling by air will be subject
to the airline restrictions/limitation on baggage weight / size / number, current
which for Economy Class is 15kg per person. All baggage and personal effects are
at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the Holiday Participant.
- CANCELLATIONS RULES: If any circumstance whatsoever makes you
cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per
the Booking Conditions of the package we are constrained to levy the following Cancellation
Charges.

The above charges are applicable towards the land arrangements (hotels and ground
transport only) of FLYALNASA Holidays of India. The cancellation Terms for the Air-inclusive
holidays are different and would be mentioned separately in the itineraries of such
tours. Similarly the cancellation of flight tickets, pre or post tour hotel booking,
transfers and other services attached with our package or booked separately will
be applicable as per the respective service providers. We at FLYALNASA Holidays of
India will levying our service fees of 10% along with the cancellation charges applicable
by the respective service provider.
FLYALNASA Holidays of India reserves the right to cancel any holiday prior to the departure,
without assigning any reason. Under such circumstances money paid by you will be
fully refunded but no other compensations whatsoever.
- REFUND: The Company reserves the right to determine the quantum
of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Holiday due to Force
Majeure or Vis Majeure. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number
of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, rail authority
/ coach operators, etc. and the decision of the company on the quantum of refund
shall be final. Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellation will be paid
directly to Holiday Participants by the company subject to applicable Laws and Regulations.
It would take at least 30 days to process such refunds. In case the company exercises
their discretion to alter, amend or cancel any Holiday advertised in the Brochure
and the Holiday Participant who has registered for such Holiday exercising the option
to continue with the Holiday as altered or amended, or to accept any alternative
Holiday which the company may offer, the company shall not be liable for any compensation,
damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by him/her or to pay any
amount as refund to the Holiday Participant. There shall be no refund if the Holiday
Participant does not or cannot utilize any services included in the Holiday cost
like meals, rooms, excursions, etc. Nor can any refund be made for lost, mislaid,
or destroyed travel tickets and vouchers.
- CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL: The Holiday Participant will have to strictly
follow the Holiday Program and complete the travel within the validity of the travel
documents issued. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility
of the Holiday Participant to reach the place of commencement of the Holiday at
the appointed place, date and time. Holiday Participant may be required to contact
our agent/office for transport arrangements. Holiday Participant shall not behave
in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other Holiday Participants
or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the company, the
other Holiday Participants or others.
MEALS:
The menus are pre – set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as
mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions as printed in our brochure. The
meals will be served either at restaurants of hotel of stay or the same could be
arranged at local restaurants. The enroute meals or meals during excursions could
be packed meals or served by enroute/local restaurants / dhabas. We cannot process
a special meal nor do we guarantee the special diet to the customer. We however
reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary
to do so. If a tour participant does not avail his/her meal in stipulated time;
he/she has to avail the meal on his/her own arrangement and expenses. No claim can
be made for the meal which he/she has missed and not utilized.
HOTEL:
We have mentioned the indicative names of the Hotels for each tour. We reserve the
right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide
alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund.
We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the
Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be
payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
AIRLINE:
The tours where air-travel is a part of the package, the Company has contracted
with various airlines and the fares offered are non-refundable. The Company shall
in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person travelling
with him/her for:
- Loss of baggage/ loss of life or loss of other valuables by the
airlines.
- Overbooking of seats by the airline.
- Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passengers despite
having confirmed tickets.
- Change of flight timings or change of route with or without prior
intimation.
- If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for
whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight, the client
shall not hold the Company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can
be made by the client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will
be payable by the Client.
- Please note the low cost airlines do not provide meals on board.
- Flight seats are allotted by the airline, we do not have any control
on the seat allotment.
- There is a limitation how much luggage can be carried as check-in
baggage and cabin (hand) baggage. Luggage carried over and above the limit will
have to be paid for by the Client at the time of check-in. Please note for few sectors
caring cabin baggage is not allowed.
- Airport taxes /airport development fees as applicable to be paid
over & above tour cost should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure.
All the airline ticket bookings / cancellation and travel on such airline ticket
will be subject to the terms & conditions as mentioned in our Booking & Cancellation
policy mentioned in this document.
TRANSPORT / COACH /SITTING
We use Deluxe 2 X 2 Coaches or vehicles such as Tempo Traveller, Tata Winger, Chevrolet
Tavera, Mahindra Scorpio, Toyota Qualis, Tata Sumo, etc. as per the availability
of vehicles and actual number of travelers / size of the group. Our tour manager
/ local representative will take reasonable care of your luggage but if you are
carrying any high value items on the coach, we advise you not to leave them behind
when you leave the coach. We will not be responsible or liable in case of theft
or robbery of the said items from the coach. All baggage and personal effects are
at all times and under all circumstances your responsibility. Any damages caused
to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and
the Company will not be liable for the same. The drivers of the vehicles are bound
by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest period
per day/week etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable
for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing
schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded
to the client under any circumstances
Jungle Safari:
Generally the Jungle Safaris are not included in our Tour Price (unless mentioned
specifically under the inclusions). The Guests are required to book the safaris
with the respective authorities (such as Forest Dept) through their websites or
modes as specified by them.
ACCOMMODATION FOR CHILD BELOW 12: It is expressed and given to understand that a
child below 12 years of age who is booked on the Holiday paying the special rate
without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the Holiday
under any circumstances. In case the Holiday participant makes any changes in their
rooming while on the Holiday, the company shall not make any refunds or pay any
compensation to them. In case the Holiday participant decides to make any change
in the rooming while on the Holiday subject to availability, then they shall be
bound to pay additional amount charged to them by the concerned Hotel directly to
the Hotel
ITINERARY CHANGES
For the comfort and convenience of our passengers we will sometimes reverse the
direction, or slightly amend the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments,
prior to the start of the Holiday or on Holiday. In the event that the Holiday Participant
misses a part of the Sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part
then he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
Change in Tour Price: The tour prices printed / advertised / quoted to Client
are dynamic prices. The person booking tour early is likely to get the lowest price
as communicated / offered by the Company, subject to availability of seats. Similarly,
person booking tour at the last will be offered the highest prices. This pricing
module has been adopted to get early bookings on tours. Hence it is quite obvious
that persons travelling on a same group tour are likely to have paid different tour
prices. The Company will not entertain any claim whatsoever on account of the same.
Also it is clear agreement between either parties that the prices quoted in the
proposal / brochure have been calculated based upon the prevailing hotel / transport
tariffs and applicable taxes thereon at the time of printing this brochure. The
Company reserves the right to amend the price published in this brochure in case
of costs increased before the date of departure. All such increases in price must
be paid for in full before departure by the Client.
- It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under this
contract shall be available to the Company''s Managers, including Holiday Managers,
Employees, Servants and Agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by
the Company.
- Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and
if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall
nevertheless have full force and effect.
- The prices quoted in this brochure have been calculated at the
rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The Company reserves the
right to amend the prices published in this brochure in case of currency fluctuations,
changes in the various cross rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, before the date
of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid
for in full before departure by the Holiday Participant.
- For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the
tours marketed/co-ordinated by FLYALNASA Travel Limited. the courts in Mumbai shall
alone have jurisdiction and the Laws of Republic of India shall apply.
- All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI/GOI
- Service Tax will be charged as applicable
Notes
IMP NOTE:This tour offers spectacular journey into Ladakh region through
difficult terrain of Himalaya. The guests need to cope up with certain challenges
such as long road drives, bad roads, and basic accommodation especially at remote
place like Pangong. Here you would be traveling at an altitude of 11,000 to 18,500
feet above sea-level. The travelers with preexisting medical conditions such as
heart / lungs related difficulties, hypertension, diabetes, blood pressure & pregnant
women etc are suggested to consult with their doctors before booking on this tour.
TRIP SPECIFIC NOTES:
The flight details stated as only tentative and we may change the airline /departure
time, kindly check with FLYALNASA representative before booking any connecting flight
Airlines may change their flight timings or cancel the schedule without any prior
intimation due to technical reasons. Web check in is not allowed since the air seats
booking is done under group airfare contract. The seat numbers are allotted by airline
check-in staff as per the availability.
Hotels used in this tour are equivalent to 2 star category however due to limited
infrastructural development the services can not be compared with 2 star hotels
in other cities. The food, services and amenities are basic in nature. Most of the
hotels do not have elevators/lifts. Rooms in most of the hill station hotels are
smaller in size. Extra bed provided in room can be a folding cot OR mattress on
the floor for the extra adult OR child with bed. Room heaters are provided at an
additional cost, subject to availability.
Veg & non veg meals are available at all the places however the options available
are limited. Non Veg meal will be served only during dinners and lunches may not
have a non veg dish.
In Ladakh, all the postpaid mobile connections will work in Leh. At all other places,
the connectivity will be fluctuating; BSNL sim-card generally has better coverage
in this region. Prepaid cards will not work at all.
In Pangong, we provide deluxe tented camp with attached western toilet facility.
If the Camp are not set-up due to wether condition or any operational reason till
2nd week of May only then will be providing similar category of guesthouse in Pangong.
The electricity is with diesel generators for limited time period during night.
Hot water supply is through buckets only. Food and amenities are quite basic in
tent / guesthouse at Pangong.
There are frequent power cuts are at all hill-stations and remote areas. Sometimes
the power cut can be for longer duration. All hotels / tents may not have generator
back-ups. The generators are switched off in the night due to noise disturbance.
Since the drive is through hilly region, the road conditions may be rough and the
driving hours mentioned in itinerary may get extended further depending on road
condition. Vehicle will be on sharing basis and it is important that the members
mutually agree upon changing the seating arrangement in rotation. If in case you
have a back problem, knee problem or any physical disability which does not allow
you to sit at the back seats, then we request you to opt for a separate vehicle
to avoid inconvenience to co-passengers.
Please carry medicine for motion sickness if you feel difficulties during long road
journeys.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Prices are in Indian Rupees valid for Indian Nationals
As the captioned is a group tour, we require minimum group strength of 15 full paying
adults so that we operate the tour as per the same inclusions as listed in this
document. However, if the specific groupsize is not met then we will operate the
tour as Individual Family Tour (FIT) or Customize it as per the actual number of
guests travelling on the tour. In such case, there may be minor changes in the inclusions
such as Tour may be operated without Tour Manager, Vehicles used as suiatble as
per actual guests travelling etc OR we will offer alternate date where required
groupsize is formed. By booking on this tour, the Guests will require to accept
the option given by FLYALNASA on case-to-case basis.
All tours are subject to terms and conditions mentioned in the Booking Form.
The Departures will be open for sale till D – 15 basis, subject to availability
of seats
Names of guests are required as per photo ID proof. Name change is not permitted.
Hotel Check-in time 11:00 noon, check-out at 09:00AM.
FLYALNASA group tours have been designed to give better value in limited costs. Any
guests looking for luxury/premium holiday experience should opt for FLYALNASA domestic
customized tours with better hotels/services.
BOOKING POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS:
Guest will need to fill the Booking Form with names as per Govt issued ID proofs
& other details
Minimum Booking Deposit of Rs. 20000/- per person
Balance payment to be paid latest 30 days prior to the departure, to enable us to
send naming list to airline. For guests booking their tour within 30 days of travel
date, 100% payment will be collected at the time of booking.
In case guests availing additional flight booking and other services, full amount
is payable for all such services.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT:
All Guests will need to carry Govt issued ID proofs (Aadhar Card / Driving License
/ Passport) in original at the time of travel. PAN Card is not considered as valid
ID proof at many hotels as it doesn’t have residential address mentioned on it.
Also please carry Birth Certificate in case of travelling with infant / child without
ID proof.
Original Photo ID proof is required for Airport entry, Airline check-in counters,
Hotel check-in counter and while acquiring permits for Nubra Velley & Pangong Tso.
